Standardized TB unit costs

This workbook draws together numerous elements of the Reference Case, in an example for TB. These include:

  • Considering how the specific intervention type will fit within a broader class of interventions and speaks to the study purpose (column A of the TB Categories and Standards tab).
  • Assessing key characteristics of how the intervention will be implemented (columns D-J of the TB Categories and Standards tab).
  • Conceptualizing which standardized unit costs would be required for the study purpose (columns K-P of the TB Categories and Standards tab).
  • Contemplating which inputs map to the unit cost (see the Definitions and Structure tab), and how they can be categorized from what may be a long list (columns Q-S of the TB Categories and Standards tab).

The standardization in this workbook has been refined in consultation with GHCC’s partners and with the Technical Advisory Group. However, it is a “living document”, and we would welcome feedback.
