  • Value TB costing tool suite: Data Collection Tool
  • Value TB costing tool suite: Data Entry Tool
  • Complementary data collection material: Information sheet
  • Complementary data collection material: Informed consent form
  • Learning modules: The objective of this online course, “How to cost TB interventions”, is to guide you through the process of planning and conducting a provider costing study to produce unit costs for defined interventions. The course includes self-guided practical exercises on resource use data collection to put the theoretical concepts into action. It is comprised of six modules, each of which addresses a different aspect of the costing process; each module can be accessed individually by navigating directly to it. While related concepts and resources are cross-referred throughout the course, learners are encouraged to review the course content in sequence. The links below include the slides as well as video recordings of the presented material – learners are encouraged to view the video recordings then to use the sides as reference materials in the future. When viewing the video recordings, learners are free to pause them to review the content as required. This course is aligned with the WHO/Value TB Costing Guidelines and the Global Health Cost Consortium’s Reference Case for Estimating the Costs of Global Health Services and Interventions; the course materials also complement the suite of Value TB costing tools. We hope that you find the materials helpful.
